Through all the highs and lows of an incessant dining routine, my mission is always clear: provide a roadmap to the best places to eat in Orange County. These are the pins on that map.
There are four things everyone should taste at this casual Texas steakhouse, which by the way is hands-down the best overall restaurant at the Irvine Spectrum. The steaks, particularly the New York strip, are outstanding. The bone-in prime rib (Friday and Saturday only) is one of the best in the county. The double cheeseburger is a monster.
